Qualifications

• Experience as an end-to-end recruiter for Product, Design, and Data roles.
• Deep knowledge of the Indian talent market and salary benchmarks.
• Expertise in active and passive sourcing to build a robust pipeline.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and advise on decisions.
