  • Use recruitment analytics, dashboards, and performance insights to identify bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized IT roles, high-volume recruitment needs, and senior leadership positions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Compensation, business leaders, external recruitment agencies, and sourcing partners throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable employment requirements, internal policies, and hiring standards across India and supported international markets.
  • Drive recruitment transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Champion employer branding, candidate engagement, and talent mapping initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and improve the candidate experience.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve recruitment challenges, and promote consistent recruiting practices across regions, teams, and time zones.
Requirements:

  • At least 12–15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in recruitment strategy, delivery, and operational leadership.
  • Current or recent experience in a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or equivalent leadership role, with responsibility for India-based recruitment and/or international hiring through an offshore recruiting model.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing recruitment teams, managing resources, and delivering hiring outcomes across multiple business functions and geographies.
  • At least five years of hands‑on experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including requisition management, interview workflows, scorecards, reporting, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, talent‑market trends, and international recruitment practices.
  • Proven experience managing both high‑volume hiring and strategic recruitment for senior leadership and specialized technical positions.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple time zones and international markets, preferably through an offshore recruiting or shared‑services model.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and the ability to interpret job‑related documents, policies, and instructions.

  • Working knowledge of employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements in India and other supported markets.
  • Demonstrated experience driving recruitment transformation, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
