You will own full-cycle nursing recruitment, manage pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to Serenity's ongoing clinical expansion and hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience recruiting for nurses, healthcare scheduling, or clinical roles.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

The Opportunity

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of our health clinics across the US. This role will focus on recruiting for IV Nurses.

We are looking for a recruiter who has successfully recruited nurses and similar clinical support teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building candidate pipelines, moving quickly, and partnering closely with leaders to fill critical positions that directly impact business growth.

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting for nursing roles
