You will own full-cycle nursing recruitment, manage pipelines, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to Serenity's ongoing clinical expansion and hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience recruiting for nurses, healthcare scheduling, or clinical roles.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for nursing roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, professionalism, communication, and culture fit.
• Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Manage recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
• Support hiring initiatives tied to Serenity's clinical operations expansion.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and local talent attraction efforts as needed.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to increase speed and quality.
