Job summary

Serenity Mental Health Centers seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers in a fast-paced clinic environment. This in-office role focuses on sourcing top candidates, screening thoroughly, and coordinating interviews across Utah locations.

You’ll drive candidate experience while optimizing flows and ensuring timely hires. Experience with ATS and recruiting tools is valued in this growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Workable, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, motivation, and alignment with the role.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing, candidate flow, and hiring efficiency.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and supports Serenity’s continued growth. This hands-on, mid-level role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and moving qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
