Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience in healthcare (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Partner with operations and HR teams to support interviews and hiring.
• Maintain candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Travel to recruiting events and job fairs as needed.
