Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple US locations (Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL). You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure an inclusive candidate experience in a global MedTech environment.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting, strong interviewing skills, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office. Travel is minimal; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake to onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels (job boards, referrals, internal databases, social platforms).
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation in applicant tracking systems and report metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
