Job summary

Global Guardian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment across the firm. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to build job descriptions and candidate profiles, while developing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

You will manage candidate screenings, foster a strong candidate experience, and report on hiring metrics. The role includes involvement in HR technology upgrades and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of HR experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience with ATS and social media platforms for recruitment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to advance along a learning career arc.

Position Summary and Value Proposition

The Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter role is an integral part of our HR service delivery model and provides a platform for professional growth. This role will be responsible for operational excellence in driving full-cycle recruitment across the firm. As a partner, the role is accountable for job fulfillment targets and delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with our mission and values. The Talent Acquisition Partnership will focus on filling requisitions, developing sourcing strategies, and building a talent pipeline.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and pre-start date onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders on building job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies to help attract talent.
• Conduct candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and behavioral competencies.
• Spearhead the first touch point and cultivate a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Build a talent pipeline by leveraging technology and networking events to attract passive candidates.
• Report on key recruitment data to hold managers accountable for agreed-upon hiring timelines.
• Participate in projects such as upgrading HR recruitment systems and implementing new HR technology.
• Manage accurate and confidential employee recruitment records, including all pre-hire date offer documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Type and Schedule

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually.
• Located at the corporate headquarters in McLean, VA.

The pay range for this role is

70,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Corporate - McLean, VA)
