Job summary

Global Medical Response (GMR) seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead rotor-wing pilot recruitment across our US operations. You will attract, source, and hire pilots while shaping strategy and candidate experience in a fast-paced aviation setting.

Hybrid role with travel to major hubs; you will coach a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, drive recruitment strategies, ensure FAA/DOT compliance, and build a robust pipeline for current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, overseeing workload distribution, performance outcomes, and professional growth.
• Develop rotor-wing (HEMS/HAA) pilot recruiting strategies, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Partner with industry hiring managers to align role requirements, interview approach, and timelines for successful hires.
• Champion a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding and maintain engagement at every stage.
• Source and promote opportunities via job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and proactive outreach to passive pilots.
• Ensure compliance and quality across all recruiting activity in line with FAA/DOT-regulated requirements.
