Job summary

Rocket Lab, the end-to-end space company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II/Senior for a 6-month fixed-term role based onsite at our Middle River, MD facility. You will own the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to extending offers, partnering with hiring managers, and building a diverse pipeline to fill critical roles.

The role requires 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for TA Partner II or 5+ years for Senior, experience with Greenhouse ATS, and ability to travel to other

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience for Senior TA Partner I.
• 8+ years of full-time recruiting experience preferred.
• Agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume nonexempt roles and/or engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to determine requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle from sourcing to extending offers.
• Screen candidates and guide them through interviews.
• Build a diverse pipeline through sourcing, cold calling, and networking.
• Utilize Greenhouse to build reports and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Travel to support hiring at other sites as needed.
