Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II (Temporary) to own full life-cycle recruiting for critical roles across the organization. Based at the Long Beach HQ, you will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and extend offers.

This six-month temporary role requires relationship-building, sourcing for technical positions, and travel to support other sites. The role offers a competitive base pay in the CA market and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience sourcing for highly technical and niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers.
• Partner with managers to determine requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Screen candidates and guide them through interviews.
• Build a diverse pipeline through sourcing, cold calling, and networking.
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to build reports and drive process improvements.
• Travel to support hiring at other sites as needed.
