Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-time experience as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer.
- Proven expertise sourcing for technical and niche engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technical roles using advanced tools and platforms.
- Own search strategy development, proactive outreach campaigns, and initial candidate assessments.
- Engage passive candidates through creative outreach and relationship building to maintain high-quality pipelines.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, aligned with future hiring needs.
- Conduct high-level candidate screening and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
