Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer II for a 6-month on-site term at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will lead strategic sourcing for technical roles, build pipelines, and partner with recruiters and managers to define candidate profiles and drive fast, high-quality hiring in aerospace and engineering.

You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to reach passive candidates, maintain agency-level speed, and promote Rocket Lab’s employer brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time experience as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer in aerospace/tech or similar.
• Proven expertise sourcing for technical and niche roles.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technical roles using advanced tools and techniques.
• Own search strategy development, proactive outreach campaigns, and initial candidate assessments.
