Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 0–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software.
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a quality candidate pipeline.
• Strong project management, organization and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Evaluate resumes and applications to assess fit for open positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in candidate outreach and selection.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform recruitment improvements.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure smooth transitions.
