Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner

As a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner, you will use your innovative and analytic skills to develop strategies to attract, engage, and recruit top talent.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic and tactical sourcing strategies.
• Manage talent pipeline development.
• Position Sierra Space as an employer of choice across all hiring disciplines, applicant pools, and hiring locations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment of sourcing resources and priorities with business needs.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree).
• Typically 2+ years of related experience.
• Recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business group operations and overall recruiting strategies.
• Ability to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline.
• Ability to promote strategic ideas and work closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand.
• Experience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• 1+ years experience with Workday recruiting software.
• Aerospace and Defense industry experience.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
