Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner to develop strategies to attract, engage and recruit top talent across hiring disciplines and locations. You will build strategic sourcing plans, manage talent pipelines and position Sierra Space as an employer of choice.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to align sourcing with business needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about candidate experience, employer branding, and building diverse talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Understanding of business groups operations and recruiting strategies.
• Able to translate manager needs into a talent pipeline.
• Experience using social media for candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and manage talent pipelines across hiring disciplines.
• Coordinate screenings and interview scheduling.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and provide status updates to hiring managers.
