Job summary

DLR Group is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to elevate recruiting across architecture, engineering, and design, based in Phoenix, AZ. You will partner with hiring leaders to shape strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

In this fast-growing HR function, you will source proactively, advise on market conditions, manage multiple searches, and contribute to employer branding and recruiting initiatives across our design studios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years recruiting, sourcing and selection experience.
• In-house full-cycle recruiting within the AEC industry is preferred.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing recruiting best practices.
• Ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring leaders on recruiting strategies, market conditions and best practices.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines within architecture, engineering, and design.
• Source, engage, and influence qualified candidates through LinkedIn and job boards.
• Leverage market intelligence and university partnerships to identify opportunities.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Manage multiple searches and prioritize based on business needs.
