Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to guide recruiting strategies, advise hiring leaders, and build robust pipelines across architecture, engineering, and design. You’ll influence sourcing methods, market intelligence, and candidate experience while collaborating with a collaborative HR team in a multi-city setting.

You will manage multiple searches, leverage university partnerships, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection.
• Experience with in-house full-cycle recruiting within the AEC industry.
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, influence recruiting strategies, and guide the selection and offer process.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the architecture, engineering, and design industry to support current and future hiring needs.
• Proactively source, engage, and influence qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Leverage market intelligence, competitor insights, and university partnerships to identify talent opportunities and strengthen recruiting strategies.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, timely feedback, and consistent updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches effectively, balancing time and resources based on business needs and critical hiring priorities.
• Assess and recommend external recruiting resources as needed to support hiring goals.
• Support employer brand visibility through social media, recruitment marketing, and advertising strategies.
• Contribute to recruiting initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
