Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with hiring leaders and craft recruiting strategies. You will build pipelines in architecture, engineering, and design, sourcing top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and universities, while guiding offers with market insights.

The role emphasizes partnering with an approachable HR team, delivering a strong candidate experience, and driving recruiting initiatives in a fast-growing, employee-owned design firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing and talent selection.
• Experience with in-house full-cycle recruiting within the AEC industry.
• Experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Highly experienced in sourcing passive candidates to build pipelines via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and influencing recruiting best practices.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, influence recruiting strategies, and guide the selection and offer process.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines within the architecture, engineering, and design industry.
• Proactively source, engage, and influence qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sources.
• Leverage market intelligence and university partnerships to identify talent opportunities.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Prioritize and manage multiple searches balancing time and resources.
