Job summary

DLR Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic recruiting across architecture, engineering, and design. You'll advise leaders, build pipelines, and implement proactive sourcing to attract top talent in a dynamic, collaborative HR environment.

Based in Las Vegas or other listed cities, you will partner with business leaders, influence recruiting best practices, and enhance candidate experience while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, and selection experience.
• In-house full-cycle recruiting experience in the AEC industry.
• Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring leaders to understand needs and guide the offer process.
• Develop and maintain pipelines in architecture, engineering, and design to support hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and associations.
• Leverage market intelligence and university partnerships to identify opportunities.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Balance multiple searches and resources to meet business priorities.
