Birge & Held is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in Indianapolis to support recruitment across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and relationship-focused, with experience sourcing candidates via multiple channels and coordinating interviews. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and supporting HR initiatives, this role offers a hybrid

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Strong computer skills including HRIS, MS Office, and Excel.
• Knowledge of recruitment marketing principles or employer branding.
• SHRM Recruiting certification is preferred but not required.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn continuously.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Review resumes, screen applicants, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Assist with job postings, campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding events.
• Support pre-employment checks, including background checks and drug screens.
