Job summary

Shannon & Wilson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting across 14 offices and partner with company leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities. You will source, assess, and present top candidates while improving candidate experience at an employee-owned engineering firm.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional recruiting skills, knowledge of personnel policies, and employment law; travel and hybrid in-office presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of talent acquisition experience, or 9+ years recruiting experience.
• Experience in Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and candidate relationship management tools.
• SHRM-CP and/or SHRM Talent Acquisition Credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end full cycle recruiting from intake to closing.
• Develop and lead hiring strategies across 14 offices.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and market conditions.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate applicant and interview records in ATS.
• Build relationships with universities and professional associations to expand pipelines.
