QVC Group in Ontario, California is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles. This onsite position partners with hiring managers, uses labor-market insights, and engages passive candidates through targeted outreach and strategic pipelines.

You will support high-volume frontline fulfillment center hiring, align recruiting with forecasted needs, and contribute to a fair, time-efficient interview process.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, high-volume recruiting background preferred.
• Experience building hiring-manager partnerships and managing searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Ability to source candidates proactively, including Boolean search and direct outreach.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Lead structured intake conversations using labor-market insights to align on requirements and search approach.
• Find and engage candidates through inbound applications, Boolean search, direct outreach, piping, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to build structured interview processes and deliver timely candidate communication.
• Use market insights and recruiting data to share search updates and improve processes.
• Support high-volume frontline fulfillment center hiring by aligning recruiting with forecasts and training class start dates.
• Build relationships with external partners to strengthen local talent pipelines.
