Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a busy, high-volume environment in Madison, WI. You will craft job descriptions, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers while delivering a professional candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers and People Services & Culture to forecast talent needs, build sourcing strategies, manage calendars, and keep ATS records up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience in scheduling, interviewing, offers, salary negotiations.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and People Services & Culture partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Comfortable working in an office setting.
• Self-starter who can prioritize and complete tasks.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring process from job descriptions to offers.
• Ensure engaging candidate experiences.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and calendars.
• Partner with People Services & Culture on talent needs.
• Use job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Represent the company at career events to enhance employer brand.
• Stay informed on hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Assist with People Services and talent initiatives as needed.
