Job summary

Grand Canyon University Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruiting, partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs to define needs, source talent, and deliver strong outcomes.

You will guide interview practices, ensure compliance, and optimize processes across the recruitment lifecycle. You will leverage Workday and other tools to post roles, track applicants, and report on metrics, while building diverse candidate pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience training hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across all levels including senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, from requisition management to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Workday and other tools to post positions, track candidates, and document activities.
• Provide consultative guidance on market trends, talent availability, and interview practices.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular leadership updates on performance.
