Denver Rescue Mission is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Denver to coordinate the full hiring process from requisition through onboarding. You will work with hiring managers to ensure timely staffing, accurate records, and compliance with hiring requirements, delivering data insights to shape the Mission’s recruitment strategy.

You will manage screening, interviews, offers, background checks, and internal transfers in the HRIS, while supporting onboarding and continuous process

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible experience in recruiting or HR.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and independent with strong initiative.
• Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience with ATS and Paylocity preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS.
• Active driver’s license and ability to travel for work events.
