You will source, screen, and guide candidates from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; trades/manufacturing/site experience preferred.
Experience recruiting HVAC/Industrial Technicians is highly desirable.
Strong sourcing strategies and candidate screening knowledge.
Proficient with ATS and social media/job boards.
Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Partner with Hiring Leaders to understand position requirements and manage recruitment process.
Create engaging job postings and campaigns across platforms.
Screen applicants, conduct pre-screens, and submit qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Conduct assessments and reference checks as needed.
Manage offers, negotiations, onboarding tracking, and candidate communications.
