Qualifications

• 5+ years end-to-end recruiting across high-volume operations, corporate and specialized roles.
• Experience building talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business goals.
• Active candidate management with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Provide market intelligence and guidance on compensation trends and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise operational, corporate, and technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and timelines.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage passive and active candidates.
• Lead intake meetings to calibrate candidate profiles and interview processes.
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience and timely interview preparation.
