• 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for high-volume operations, corporate, and specialized professional roles.
• Sourcing and market insights to attract high-quality candidates.
• Guidance to hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle.
• Delivering a superior candidate experience throughout the process.
• Diversity-focused and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for enterprise, corporate, and technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and strategies.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter and networking.
• Lead intake meetings to set candidate profiles and timelines.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Advise on market conditions, compensation trends, and competitive practices.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions.
• Handle multiple requisitions while maintaining high service levels.
• Use data and analytics to monitor pipeline and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, HRIS, Talent Management, and business leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
• Support workforce and succession planning projects.
• Be a trusted talent advisor for long-term growth.
