Responsibilities

• Delivers presentations at high schools and technical schools.
• Builds relationships with area schools and attends recruiting events.
• Screens and refers applicants to hiring personnel.
• Interviews applicants for current and future roles.
• Maintains relationships with hiring managers to stay aligned with staffing needs.
• Attends weekly staffing meetings and participates in HR initiatives.
