Democracy Fund is seeking a Recruiter to drive the full-cycle hiring process, from candidate outreach to offer letters and onboarding handoff. You will partner with the Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition, and the People Team to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and teams.

The role emphasizes building inclusive, efficient recruitment workflows and contributes to DEIB initiatives across our network while aligning with organizational talent goals.
