Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team and support recruiting for the Americas. This energetic advisor will partner with leaders to evolve and revolutionize our recruitment practices, driving positive change across the organization.

You will lead the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—using data and market insights to attract top talent and provide an exceptional candidate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization.
Proven strong, technical sales experience.
Experience leading talent acquisition projects.
Ability to self-manage with little direction.
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
Experience with Workday and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Leverage data and market trends to inform talent decisions.
