Democracy Fund seeks an entrepreneurial Senior People Team Associate to support hiring within the Talent + Community team, focusing on recruitment processes and candidate experience. You will interview and screen candidates, initiate preboarding steps, and collaborate with the Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition and the People Team Coordinator to move hires through our holistic process.

Qualifications

Entrepreneurial self-starter with fluency in cloud-based systems.
Experience recruiting in collaborative, experimental environments.
Skilled at interviewing and screening candidates.
Experience initiating preboarding steps (offers, background checks).
Ability to design and manage internal recruitment processes.
Strong written and verbal communication and planning skills.
Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion.

Responsabilités

Track and manage the recruitment process.
Oversee administrative support to move candidates through interview process.
Interview and screen candidates; initiate preboarding steps.
Collaborate with Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition and People Team Coordinator.
Support DEIB experiences across internal and external communities.
