• Entrepreneurial self-starter with fluency in cloud-based systems.
• Experience recruiting in collaborative, experimental environments.
• Skilled at interviewing and screening candidates.
• Experience initiating preboarding steps (offers, background checks).
• Ability to design and manage internal recruitment processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the recruitment process.
• Oversee administrative support to move candidates through interview process.
• Interview and screen candidates; initiate preboarding steps.
