You will conduct screens and interviews, develop interview guides, and foster a collaborative, positive candidate experience while upholding high standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and 30 days post-hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop position-specific hiring plans.
• Write compelling job advertisements reflecting Sashco's culture and values.
• Maintain and update job descriptions across the organization.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop interview guides and behavioral interview questions.
• Facilitate a team-based hiring process leading to confident decisions.
• Ensure candidates experience a professional, welcoming, and authentic recruiting process.
