Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Experience recruiting for field, service and labor roles.
• Proficient in networking and search best practices.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
• Some knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities.
• Selects, sources, interviews, negotiates offers and hires candidates.
• Trains HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System.
• Maintains all applicant and interview data in the ATS.
• Reports market intelligence and supports cost-conscious recruiting.
