Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the United States for a 6-month contract focused on candidate sourcing. You will manage the first stage of the recruiting process, build talent pipelines, and contact passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.

Responsibilities include sourcing, prescreening, sending recruiting emails, coordinating with the TA team, and developing a recruiting strategy with market insights to support future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• 3 years of passive candidate sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and prescreen candidates for various opportunities.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to determine position requirements.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Provide talent insight and feedback on market conditions to build a recruiting strategy.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent community via ATS.
