Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary contract basis.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and building strong talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to identify and engage top candidates. You will lead early screening steps, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and present qualified candidates with summaries and recommendations.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing.
Experience conducting candidate screening interviews and assessing qualifications.
Proven ability to source passive candidates across multiple functions and industries.

Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition colleagues and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, referrals, and other channels to attract talent.
Conduct resume reviews and initial candidate assessments against defined job requirements.
Lead phone and virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest levels.
Present qualified candidates with detailed screening summaries and recommendations.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights to recruiting teams and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS and recruiting platforms.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
