Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for nursing roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, professionalism and culture fit.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Manage recruiting activity, candidate flow, and ATS metrics.
• Support hiring initiatives tied to clinic expansion.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Participate in recruiting events and local talent attraction efforts.
