Job summary

MedSpeed is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, field-oriented roles in Tempe, AZ. You will act as the primary contact for candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive processes through sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Required is at least 2 years in high-volume recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to partner with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS with accurate notes and momentum.
• Coordinate screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling for efficiency.
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and recruiting platforms.
• Collaborate with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding workflows.
• Contribute to a high-energy recruiting environment and support team success.
• Take on special projects to improve recruiting processes.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end recruiting for high-volume, operations-focused field roles at MedSpeed. This position serves as a primary point of contact for candidates and works closely with hiring managers to bring open roles to completion, including coordination through onboarding and HR processes.

Location

• Tempe, AZ (onsite)

Compensation

• Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 per year
• Bonus: Discretionary bonus available

Core Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles, from sourcing through onboarding, aligning candidate attraction with MedSpeed mission and culture.
• Partner with field hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to team goals.
• Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system with accurate, detailed notes and coordinated progress to maintain momentum and a positive candidate experience at each stage.
• Coordinate and execute selection activities, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, to support an efficient hiring process.
• Proactively source candidates using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms to stay ahead in identifying strong talent.
• Work with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding workflows, supporting new hires in starting strong and feeling welcome.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting environment and support team success.
• Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed to support recruiting growth and process improvements.
