MedSpeed in Rochester, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for field-based operations nationwide, with monthly hub visits in our listed locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and deliver sourcing strategies while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of high-volume recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As the main point of contact for candidates, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, devise effective ways to find talent, and quickly fill open positions.
