MedSpeed in Rochester, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for field-based operations nationwide, with monthly hub visits in our listed locations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and deliver sourcing strategies while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires at least 2 years of high-volume recruiting, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to partner with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with field hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver recruiting solutions.
• Manage candidate pipelines in ATS, maintain momentum and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate selection processes: resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling.
• Proactively source talent with creative outreach and platforms.
