Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner / Corporate Recruiter in Marion, NC (Hybrid) to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and functional roles. You will partner with leaders and HR, manage multiple requisitions, source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.

The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, candidate experience, and data-driven insights on compensation and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience; HS/Associates considered with relevant background.
• 3+ years in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Experience in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.

Talent Acquisition Partner / Corporate Recruiter - Marion, NC (Hybrid)

Work Hours: M-F (40 hours)

Work Location: Marion, NC - Hybrid (3 day onsite/2 Remote)

Shift: 1st Shift

Interview process: 1 Teams interview followed by an onsite interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, particularly for high-volume and hard-to-fill MFG roles (e.g., CDL, operations, technical positions)
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
• Provide market insights and data to influence hiring decisions, including compensation, talent availability, and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Support diversity hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive recruiting practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to TA projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience - would consider someone with a High School diploma or Associates' degree if they have the right experience.
• 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools, Workday Preferred.
