Kelly Services is seeking a Contingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across Manufacturing sites and corporate functions in Marion, NC. This hybrid role partners with hiring managers and HR to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience.

In this role you will build talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, manage full-cycle recruiting, and deliver market insights on compensation and hiring trends, while supporting inclusive recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma/Associates accepted with relevant experience.
• 3 years’ experience in agency or corporate recruiting.
• Experience with manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.

Location: Marion, NC (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Position Summary

Kelly Services is seeking aContingent Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting across our Manufacturing sites and corporate functions in one of our customer facilities in Marion NC . In this hybrid role , you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR to create and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers.

1 virtual Teams interview, followed by an onsite interview.
