Job summary

The Nagler Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3-month, fully onsite assignment in Massachusetts. This hands-on role covers the full hiring process from sourcing to offers and pre-employment coordination.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in recruiting/HR, is detail-oriented, and proficient with ATS systems. Bachelor’s degree is required for permanent opportunities; extension or conversion may be possible for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Hands-on experience managing the offer process and preparing employment/offer letters.
• Experience with contract, temporary, or contingent hires is a plus.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Paycom experience is a plus.
• Higher Education experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract talent through job postings and proactive recruiting.
• Screen candidates and identify qualified applicants.
• Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving.
• Prepare and manage employment offer letters, including contract/temporary offers.
• Ensure offer details are accurate, including position, compensation, start date, schedule and terms.
• Send offers, track acceptance, and follow up through the offer process.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding the offer and next steps.
• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
• Support the transition from accepted offer through onboarding.
• Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring information within the ATS/HR systems.

Temporary Opportunity | $28–$33/hr | Fully Onsite

We’re seeking an experienced recruiting or HR professional to join a team as a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner for an assignment of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension or a permanent opportunity for the right fit. A Bachelor’s degree is required for consideration for the permanent position. This role will have a direct impact on the full hiring process—from sourcing and candidate screening through preparing and managing employment offers and coordinating pre-employment requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in an ATS, and confident handling the administrative details that come with moving candidates through the hiring process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and attract talent through job postings and proactive recruiting

• Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements
• Support the transition from accepted offer through onboarding
• Support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
• Maintain and update position descriptions
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring information within the ATS/HR systems

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of recruiting and/or HR experience
• Hands-on experience managing the offer process and preparing employment/offer letters
• Experience working with contract, temporary, or contingent hires is a plus
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Paycom experience is a plus
• Higher Education experience is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple openings, candidates, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling confidential employee and candidate information

The Details

• $28–$33/hour
• Temporary: Approximately 3 months, with potential for extension or permanent opportunity
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Fully onsite
