Walrath Recruiting, Inc. is assisting a client in finding a Talent Acquisition Partner in Schenectady, NY. This full-time, permanent role covers full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through hire, with a focus on a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in recruiting, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
