Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience as a systems manager or similar.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent-related roles.
• Experience with recruitment tools and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the recruiter to guide work processes for recruitment tools.
• Lead a project to evaluate the right ATS for Wayfair's recruiting.
• Develop training plans and execute training programs.
• Monitor data to identify actions and improve user adoption.
