Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Recruitment Operations Partner to optimize recruiting operations, improve candidate experience, and enable recruiter productivity at scale. You will own interview operations, support sourcing efforts, and maintain data integrity across ATS and CRM platforms.

Collaborating with recruiters, hiring leaders, HR stakeholders, and technology teams, you will drive process improvements, create SOPs, and track recruiting metrics. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview operations across functions/time zones.
• Support candidate sourcing and build talent pipelines with recruiters.
• Conduct sourcing activities: talent research, resume review, candidate outreach.
• Serve as operational escalation point for high-priority recruiting activity.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and CRM platforms.
• Manage requisition lifecycle: job postings and updates.
