Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Recruiter to build and maintain relationships with physician candidates across diverse sourcing channels. The role involves managing multiple regional searches, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records while partnering with Physician Recruiters to strengthen talent pipelines.

You will screen resumes, engage passive candidates, and drive process improvements to improve recruiting outcomes, contributing to a high-performing healthcare recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience; physician or healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to source, screen, and identify candidates with specialized skill sets and backgrounds.
• Skilled in engaging passive candidates using online, offline, social media, and digital networking strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$80,000.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
