Job summary

ComplexCare Solutions is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Partner with 2+ years in healthcare recruitment and hands-on RN clinical experience. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, build talent pipelines, and partner with HR and supervisors to meet staffing needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements include ATS proficiency, ability to hit hiring metrics, and familiarity with social media recruiting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years talent acquisition experience in healthcare
• 2 years hands-on clinical experience as an RN
• Experience with sourcing, compensation analysis, offers and pre-employment validation
• Experience supporting health plan operations or managed care organizations preferred
• Experience using a web-based ATS
• Demonstrated ability to hit hiring metrics
• Knowledge of social media recruiting (LinkedIn Recruiter & Facebook)

Responsibilities

• Source, assess, and pre-qualify candidates for roles
• Engage active and passive candidates via outbound sourcing and networking
• Utilize social media, job boards, and databases for talent generation
• Apply AI-based sourcing to improve efficiency and quality of hires
• Maintain ATS records, track metrics, and provide insights to managers
• Collaborate with supervisors, hiring managers, and HR on intake and updates
• Participate in staffing projects and onsite job fairs as needed
• Ensure compliance with CCS policies and HIPAA requirements
