Radiant is a California-based startup seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a 3-6 month contract-to-hire. You’ll own the candidate experience, keep recruiting operations scalable, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment supporting Radiant’s mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience using scheduling tools and ATS; data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as first point of contact with timely, professional candidate communication.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows.
• Contribute to recruiting dashboards and reporting for decisions.
• Document processes and ensure consistency and scalability.
• Assist with recruiting events, campus recruiting, and networking.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on offers, onboarding, and compliance.
